1. How can I place an order on Selectkart.store?

Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (available on select pin codes).


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery timelines vary based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 working days


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email. You can track it on the courier partner’s website in real-time.


5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 have a standard fee of ₹49.


6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and supported with a complete unboxing video.


7. What items are non-returnable?

Items such as personal care, hygiene products, perishable goods, customized items, and digital products are non-returnable (unless defective).


8. How will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 8–15 working days after inspection of the returned product. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Refunds for prepaid cancellations are processed within 1–2 working days.


10. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. For export or bulk order inquiries, please contact our support team.
